Can I return promotion items?

Due to the nature of our business, items that have been imprinted and/or personalized cannot be accepted for returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your experience or order, Vertika Promos will always do what we can to fix any issues or concerns that you have to make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

In the event you change your mind about your order during pre-production, please contact our customer care department for a full refund. However, once your order has been sent to a production facility, we are unable to refund your purchase price.

Can I return and/or get refunded for undamaged blank items?

While some items that are blank and undamaged are eligible for returns, not every product is. This is determined by the supplier, as some products (commonly PPE items, specific brands, apparel, soft goods, and other similar products) are designated as non-returnable. In these cases, the order will be nonrefundable once the items are ordered from the supplier.

Additionally, of those items that are eligible, they may be subject to a 10% to 20% restocking fee. This fee is based solely on the fee requirements of our suppliers. Due to our broad list of suppliers, each of which has different fee policies, this amount would vary per order.

Can I return sample products?

All sample sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable. If a decorated order is later placed for the same sample item, the cost of the sample item will be discounted on the decorated order.

Who pays for return shipping?

We will arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns made for products that are blank and/or undamaged.

How long do I have to return my order?

Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are no returns after 30 days from receipt of order.

What if my order is incorrect?

If you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact us and we will do our best to fix your issues.

Can I return items that have been used or worn?

Returned items must be in new, unused condition.

How do I receive my refund?

The method of refund depends primarily on the method of initial payment. Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card of purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for refund to be processed.
