Integrated probe ensures optimal food temperature. Program unit to automatically start cooking with "End Time" cooking selection. Programming capabilities allow for easy "stage" cooking. Grill plate allows for indoor grilling. Menu selections and programmable settings. Cooks up to a 10lb turkey. Temperature range 50F to 500F. All parts are dishwasher safe (except Power Head).
